Founder & Managing Director
Dr. Akshay Parmar is the Founder & MD of UniHealth. He joined the Board at the time of incorporation in 2010 and has been at the forefront in ensuring the rapid expansion of the consultancy services and distribution verticals of the Group in addition to overseeing the Group's medical centers and hospitals in Tanzania and Nigeria.
An astute planner, he has been the backbone of the Group's financial management and tech initiatives.
He completed his M.B.B.S in 2010 from KJ Somaiya Medical College & Research Center (Mumbai) and the Certificate Program in 'Value Creating Financial Strategies' from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad in 2021.
